This luxurious chalet, "Chalet Martens," offers a perfect vacation rental in Les Crosets, Switzerland. With its two-story layout and quiet, sunny, elevated position directly by the skiing area, it provides an idyllic setting. The chalet features amenities like a storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Internet Wifi and parking are also available.  
  
Outdoors  
While the chalet's location is convenient for skiers, accessing it requires a steep footpath. Parking is available at the house, but during winter, a public car park is located 500 meters away.  
  
Other Information  
Nearby amenities include a grocery store within 1 kilometer, a supermarket 9 kilometers away, and a restaurant just 300 meters from the chalet. Additionally, a sports center, an ice rink, and a cross-country ski track are located 9 and 10 kilometers away, respectively.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The chalet's prime location offers easy access to the renowned Portes du Soleil ski region. A chair lift is conveniently situated just 200 meters away, making it an ideal spot for skiers. Please note that in case of favorable snow conditions, the house can be accessed directly on skis.

Unit Layout  
You have the opportunity to stay in the "Martens" 4-room chalet, which spans 150 square meters across two levels and offers a south-west facing position. The main living area features a luxurious and tastefully furnished living/dining room with a panoramic window, an open-hearth fireplace, and a TV. This area also provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a room with a double bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a bath/WC, also with access to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The well-equipped open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also comes with Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise and cheese). Other amenities available in the chalet are a washing machine, heat, and a television. The maximum capacity of the chalet is six guests, and it offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the chalet features an additional room with a double bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), another room with a double bed of the same size, a gallery, and a shower/WC. The chalet offers stunning views of the mountains, ski runs, countryside, and the resort. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi internet access during their vacation stay. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and in winter, the access road to the chalet may be closed due to snow conditions.
