### House 'Gîte Les Mélèzes' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

Located in Termignon, the small house Gîte Les Mélèzes offers you a magnificent view of the Alps. The 160 m² property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and four additional toilets, accommodating up to twelve people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.  
  
This holiday rental features a private south-facing balcony with mountain views and a heated indoor pool shared with the second apartment (open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.) for your relaxation. A tennis court is a ten-minute walk from the property. Three parking spaces are available on the premises, and free street parking is also accessible. The property also has a ski room with boot dryer and a bicycle garage.  
  
Pets, smokers, and event celebrations are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. An electric vehicle charging station is accessible for an extra fee. The property provides waste sorting guidelines, with more information available on site. It is also equipped with water- and energy-saving devices, and electricity is partly produced by photovoltaic panels. The use of slippers is mandatory.
