Discover this superb property in Provence, completely renovated, with swimming pool for a dream holiday. This bright villa has very nice benefits, beautiful living rooms and a nice walled and wooded garden. Fully air-conditioned, it offers you optimal comfort. Located on the heights and a few kilometers from Vaison la Romaine, it enjoys a breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux. An ideal place, quiet that promises to make your holiday memorable.  
  
The villa consists on the ground floor:  
Entrance  
Large living room with dining area, direct access to the garden  
Fully equipped modern kitchen

Guest toilet  
Bedroom 1: Double bed 160x200cm - flat screen - walk-in wardrobe - full bathroom (bathtub + shower) with double washbasin - separate toilet from the bathroom. This room has access to the terrace.  
  
1st floor:  
Bedroom n°2: double bed 160x200cm - walk-in wardrobe - shower room separate from the bedroom.  
Toilet on the landing, to be shared between the 3 bedrooms.  
Bedroom n°3: 2 single beds 90x200cm which can be converted into a 180x200cm bed on request.  
Bedroom n°4: double bed 160x200cm - walk-in wardrobe.  
Separate shower room, to be shared between bedroom n°3 and bedroom n°4.  
  
FURTHER INFORMATIONS:  
\- Pets not allowed.  
\- Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, and pool towels included  
\- An intermediate cleaning with change of sheets will be included for rentals of 2 consecutive weeks.  
\- The swimming pool is open and heated from early April to late October. A supplement of €100 per week is charged in April, May and from mid-September onwards. The pool cover helps to maintain a reasonable water temperature, though it still depends on weather conditions (around 24°C in April and October and 26°C in May and September)  
\- Possibility of charging an electric vehicle outdoors using a domestic power socket, for an additional fee of €35 per week.  
\- The tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult according to the rental price.

#### Lovely property in a quiet location

Beautiful modern property with stunning views towards Vaison and Mont Ventoux. This was our third visit and we enjoy the walk through vineyards into the town, the good selection of local restaurants and the peace and quiet of the villa. Overall we can thoroughly recommend

#### Lovely property but some annoying details

We have stayed here 4 times. We like the property and the location, modern styling, quiet but within easy walking distance of Vaison. However there are some details which could be improved. The property is starting to look a little bit tired and could do with some freshening up. The kitchen cutlery needs some attention - a sieve was broken and the knives were not sharp. The airer is broken - we complained about this last year and nothing has been done. Surely it is not too much to ask to buy a new one? Also there was no spare toilet paper or kitchen paper when we arrived, no coffee pods and very little washing liquid.

#### Wonderful house and surrounding

We felt very much at home in this spacious house and could even stay outside on cloudy and rainy days due to the patio. Nice facilities, especially the large fridge-freezer, large TV and a lot of books, guide books and games available in the house, we particularly enjoyed the table tennis.

#### Villa Armavi

Het is een zeer mooi huis, fijn ingericht met een leuke tuin en zwembed. Hek rond het zwembad was top, gezien het feit we een ondernemende peuter van 2,5 mee hadden. Zeer rustig gelegen, enkel de krekels zorgden voor achtergrond (en soms voorgrond)geluid. De afwatering in het huis is wel een probleem. Het water in de wasbakken in de badkamers en de douche liep zeer traag weg. Dag 2 waren de afwasbakken in de keuken verstopt; we zijn product gaan kopen en die hebben we zelf ontstopt - lopen met momenten nog zeer traag af. Afwasmachine had hetzelfde probleem, water bleef in het machine staan, dus afwassen met de hand, want ze konden niemand sturen. Nespressomachine moet dringend ontkalkt worden, gelukkig was er nog een gewoon koffiemachine. Buiten deze ongemakken, hebben wij een leuke, warme vakantie gehad
