It has been built 5-6 year ago and there are several damages, such as the pool was dirty, there was no grass (as on the picture), the lights outside were not working, the radiator in the living room was broken, there was only 1 hairdryer, which was so dirty that no one would use it, the TV was not working, there were almost no cups for coffee (or all different sizes and colors), there was only 1 towel per person (we were with 2, so we paid 150 euro for 2 pair of sheets and 2 towels, sounds quite expensive to me) The owner doesn't care at all about her guests, she was not there to open the door, even she promised to welcome us. Not enough to keep the temperature pleasant. Above all when there are 40+ degrees…even at 30+ the air conditioning had some problems to cool down. FYI: 30+ degrees happens very often during the summer periods in that region. cooking with 3 hotplates is not enough for 8 people. And it’s an old one… not highend. cooking pots are very old and near to broken. Needs to be replaced. Information for EV-Driver: 1kw max for loading - did not use it. No supercharger in the area. Tesla Supercharger, Orange at 30min drive. Washing machine is in the garage. Overall the stay was good but not perfect and not related to the price we paid for 2 weeks. Wir haben mit Absicht wieder dieses Objekt gewählt, weil wir schon beim ersten Mal so begeistert waren. Tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten - alles da, was man braucht. Die Terrassen mit dem mega Ausblick auf den Mont Ventoux sind unbezahlbar. Schön etwas außerhalb gelegen - gerade für die Runden mit Hund ideal. Trotzdem ist man schnell - auch zu Fuß - in der Innenstadt. Das Grundstück ist vollständig geschlossen - super für Hund und Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist schön sauber und beheizt. Man ist jedoch schnell ( auch zu Fuß ) im Ort. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Ein kleiner Hinweis zum Pool, der ist für Nichtschwimmer nur bedingt geeignet. Der Einstieg erfolgt über eine Treppe, der Pool ist dann jedoch gleich etwa 1,60 m tief, also für Kinder und kleinere Nichtschwimmer vielleicht nicht so geeignet. Énormément de points positifs. Les +++: La vue; l’organisation et plan des chambres avec salle de bains, toilettes et grands placards; la propriétaire très réactive et communicative; maison soignée et entretenue; l’emplacement dans Vaison; maison fonctionnelle; grand jardin pour les jeux des enfants; la propreté du lieu; beaucoup de goût dans la déco moderne; le frigo américain qui marche. Les améliorations possibles: (que de petites choses sachant qu’il ne s’agit juste que de les citer. 5 étoiles pour cette maison quand même!) Une serviette par personne et pas deux donc pas suffisamment pour mettre dans les toilettes du couloir; torchon et essuie mains ont été rajoutés par la suite car 1 aussi pas suffisant en cuisine; pas de piscine chauffée fin mars, début avril vue les coups de l’énergie; pas de produits d’entretien (éponge, chiffon, produit à vitres ou toilettes etc.) on a tout acheté; il manque un mixer pour battre des œufs dans la cuisine et un peu de matériel de cuisine type couverts à salade, spatule pour la poêle, petites assiettes ou soucoupes; toutes les portes de la maison grincent. que petites choses pas très importantes qui ne nous ont pas dérangées. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets problemlos möglich, zudem war sie sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne Tipps, was in der näheren Umgebung alles erlebt und unternommen werden kann. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, sie liegt in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. Ein Highlight ist definitiv der große Pool sowie die beiden Terrassen, auf denen die Sonne genossen werden kann. Das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen!! ##### Leon R. And the view is breathtaking! I would have appreciated if a few more things were provided, however, especially soap in bathrooms+kitchen and hand/spare towels (exactly one per person was provided meaning we had nothing for the pool…). I agree with a previous reviewer that the photos of the exterior should be updated. Due to local watering restrictions the lawn is now a dustbowl, which really detracts from the beauty of the house. Le communication avec la propriétaire était exemplaire. La maison était très propre et très bien équipée. Elle est située idéalement pour pouvoir entamer de nombreuses excursions dans la région. Les tuyaux fournis par la propriétaire concernant les restaurants, les lieux à absolument visiter étaient très sympas. La vue sur le Mont-Ventoux était fabuleuse et on a passé tous les jours des très bons moments entre amis autour d'une grande table dans l'espace extérieur. La piscine chauffée nous a permis des baignades journalières. Le séjour dans cette belle maison est à évaluer sans aucun bémol. Merci Claire pour l'hospitalité! ##### Anne Marie S.
