Walk out onto multiple decks and enjoy the glory of the mountains and listen to the roaring river just steps from the bottom floor of the townhome. You have a private entrance and there is no townhome in the Vail Racquet Club with this kind of view! The townhome just underwent a renovation, so everything is fresh and new for your enjoyment. The living room boasts two story ceilings and a great wood fireplace. The dining room opens up to a patio for indoor outdoor dining and living areas. There are two masters with king beds (one with a private balcony and one with two story ceilings and access to the outside) as well as a perfect bedroom for kids or visitors with custom built-in bunk beds. All bedrooms include unobstructed views of the lake and the mountains! We provide all the kitchen essentials, a Nespresso machine (with a few pods included but please bring your own for further enjoyment), a regular coffee machine is available as well. The bathrooms are stocked with towels and essential toiletries to make your stay more comfortable. TVs are in the living room as well as in two of the other bedrooms and Sonos entertainment system for your music needs. Great mountain charm is experienced throughout the townhome and we lovingly call it the Moose Lodge! There are two bus stops near the townhome to take you to Vail village. Across the pond you have a fantastic playground for the kids to enjoy as well as hiking trails that begin near the townhome and stretch as far as Frisco or Beaver Creek. The unit is near great biking trails including to the top of Vail pass and to Vail village and beyond. Enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, and all your winter activities and warm up by the wood fireplace at the condo. Or in the summer enjoy hiking, biking, great festivals and concerts, and wind down by the river or on the deck. Close to the Vail golf course. We can’t wait to host you at our Moose Lodge mountain retreat! Racquet Club Information We can provide access to the Vail Racquet Club amenities for an additional fee. You can pay a daily drop-in fee ($35/adult and $15/child, subject to change) at the club front desk. The racquet club amenities include: • State of the art fitness center • Free weight room • Fitness classes • Year round heated, outdoor, 25 meter, 5 lane pool • 2 hot tubs (one is adult only) • Steam, sauna, showers, changing rooms, towels • Massage services • 8 Tennis courts • Basketball court • Restaurant and a boutique Other Pertinent Information • This is a rental by owner and as such Vail Racquet Club resort services (front desk, concierge, lobby, keys, housekeeping, maintenance, atc) are not available. If you require housekeeping we can arrange that for an extra charge. • This townhome is very “vertical” with three levels worth of stairs, so please keep that in mind if you have those who have a hard time walking up and down stairs or toddlers running around unsupervised • The outdoor area backs up to a river, so special consideration is needed • Pets of any kind are not allowed • No smoking of any kind inside or directly outside of the townhome • We can accommodate up to 8 people • There is ample parking throughout the resort, but parking passes are required so please contact us in advance for how many cars will be there. Two spots are available in front of the townhome. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and very well stocked. We had a short power outage while we were there, and the owner even had extra firewood delivered for us to use. We didn't have any issues, so had no communication with property management, so can't speak to that, but...we had no issues, so great say! As a parent, I'd say it would be less than ideal, but still totally doable with the 3 levels with small kids, but 6+, wouldn't have any concerns. The property was clean, the furniture, beds, blankets, etc. we’re all of excellent quality. Not far from the Vail shuttle. We had kids staying with us and they loved the bunk room and the loft. The bunk room was a hit with our kiddos and the adults had nice retreats in the two other bedrooms. We grilled and sat on the patio admiring the views and listening to the river. The view is definitely picture perfect! The kids loved playing outside by the river and the playground was within walking distance and occupied them for hours. Getting to Vail village was easy as the free bus was just a short walk away. Anna was responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back! ##### David F. It is right on the Gore Creek with breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains. Falling asleep to the river sounds was incredible! The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds and soft bedding, the kitchen was fully stocked and had new appliances, the patio with grill was the place we enjoyed in the evenings. Everything was clean and new. The multiple decks and exit to the river were a huge bonus. There was a great playground for the kids just across the creek and the nearby free bus took us to Vail village with ease. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with!
