However, when we arrived the water heater was not on so we had no hot water. The management company resolved this issue a couple hours after we notified them. Additionally, many of the utensils and dishes in the kitchen were dirty and we had to wash them before using them. It seemed to us that no one made sure that the condo was properly prepared before we arrived. For the amount of money you pay to stay in Vail this should not happen. ##### Erik B. The unit is just a few minute walk from the gondola and had the convenience of underground parking on site. The dining room and living room windows face the mountain with impressive views of the gondola. The kitchen and bathrooms seem to have been fairly recently updated and were very nice, and the daily maid service to provide fresh towels and make the beds was a nice amenity.
