However, having a shower handle that is a long, pointy screw is unacceptable. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced and the beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet needs to replaced and the wifi did not work. Also, the remotes for the TV seemed to need batteries. Overall, a disappointment. ##### Susan H. The location can’t be beat and the condo overlooks a creek which was so incredible to listen to as we slept (we went in July). It’s at the bottom of Piney River Ranch which is a favorite of ours. You can be at Vail Village in 5 minutes. The property manager was very fast to respond. This condo was perfect for the price, location and for a family of 4\. We have an infant and were pleasantly surprised that they had a pack n play (although we had ours) and a high chair. Parking is easy, the neighbors weren’t loud, location can’t be best. The online description did not state there was no AC in this unit. upon checking in, the temp was in excess of 85 degrees. There was a small fan which was broken. Additionally, the property was extremely dusty. My family and I traveled from GA to CO and had this place booked for 4 nights, but ended up leaving due to the conditions. The combination of heat and dust caused my wife to have an allergy attack, so we had no choice but to leave and had to spend extra money to check into a hotel. Very disappointed to say the least. I expressed my concerns to the property owner and she refused to negotiate a refund. ##### jay p.
