It was perfect for the 4th of July parade and had a fantastic balcony right above all the action. However, for families traveling that also means it is very loud at night being situated right above Vendettas lounge and across the street from a live music bar and Red Lion restaurant also with live music. The property could also use a little updating all around. It was a great value though with great attentive management and overall a very wonderful stay in Vail Village. ##### Brooke P. The decor looks a little dated, but in person it was not worn and really very charming. Lots of room for the family of 4\. Neat little balcony for apres and hot tub onsite. Housekeeping was wonderful, as was the desk. Only drawback is its strength: you are in the heart of the Village so there can be noise outside in the evening or in the AM.
