Located just east of the center of Vail Village, Vail Village Ski Haus offers both privacy and serenity near the water, where you have direct access to fly fishing and kayaking. Despite its peaceful setting, the home is just a 5-minute stroll to the premier restaurants and shopping available in Vail Village, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

Upon entering, the heart of the home lies to your left—the stunning kitchen. This culinary space features an L-shaped island with luxurious marble countertops, complemented by high-end appliances and a striking marble backsplash above the prep area. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, where a rustic yet modern wood dining table invites gatherings. Beyond the dining area, you'll find a cozy living room centered around a gas fireplace, complete with a plush sectional perfect for relaxing. From the living room, step out onto the balcony that overlooks a peaceful meadow and the serene Gore Creek, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay.

To the right of the living area, three cozy bedrooms await, accommodating up to six guests. The main bedroom offers a king bed, a flatscreen television, and direct balcony access. The ensuite is a retreat in itself, featuring a large standalone soaking tub, a shower with a frosted glass door, and a floating vanity. The first guest bedroom includes a full bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a television, and also has balcony access, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

In winter, Vail Village Ski Haus provides easy access to the world-renowned Vail Ski Resort, making it an ideal base for skiers and snowboarders. The nearby slopes offer a variety of trails for all skill levels, ensuring an unforgettable winter experience.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 1.
- There is one parking space in the front of the building.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
