We had several issues with vacasa. The electronic lock on the door doesn’t work. We finally got in using the one key in the lock box after multiple attempts. On 3 separate occasions, we were promised by the local team that they were bringing other keys but no one ever brought them. Also, the patio door literally has no lock on it. When we asked for it to be fixed, it was ignored and we were told” This is a very safe community. Even if you leave the front door open you are safe.
