Studio for 4 persons, approximately 24m². Located on the 2nd floor with elevator. Facing South-East with balcony.  
\* Entry with alcove: 2 bunk beds;  
\* Living room: 1 sofa bed for 2 people, HD TV, DVD, balcony access;  
\* Open plan kitchen: fridge + freezer, 3 gas and 1 electric burners, oven, washing machine;  
\* Bathroom with shower and \[hidden\], completely renovated.  
COMMENTS: Very nice little studio, sunny, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Direct access by stairs to the main access of the Molanès cable car. Tiled floor. Ski locker.
