The renovated 18th century Farmhouse "Umbichl" offers a delightful vacation rental experience in Niedernsill, Austria. Boasting a quiet and sunny location above Uttendorf, it provides ample space and amenities for a comfortable stay. The property features a yard, internet WiFi, and parking facilities, ensuring convenience for guests.  
  
Outdoors  
The farmhouse is surrounded by a shared garden, creating a serene outdoor environment. Children can enjoy the on-site playground and petting farm, adding an extra touch of fun and excitement. Additionally, walking paths are accessible just 5 meters from the property, inviting guests to explore the natural beauty of the surroundings.  
  
Other Information  
The house is equipped with a storage room for ski equipment, a central heating system, and a ski boot dryer, catering to the needs of winter sports enthusiasts. Please note that the owner resides on the same property. Access to the farmhouse is via a 3 km long mountain road, and during the winter months, snow chains and a 4x4 vehicle are recommended for safe travel.

The accommodation you have selected is a spacious 11-room farmhouse spanning 350 square meters and spread across three levels. The property boasts a beautiful and cozy furnishing style. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with a dining nook, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also features a dining nook, satellite TV, and a wood-burning stove, leading to a terrace exit. The ground floor also has a shower and a separate toilet.

The farmhouse offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. These include a washing machine (extra cost), a dryer (extra cost), a baby cot, internet (WiFi), and reserved parking. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and a box-room. The property also offers panoramic views of the surrounding area.
