The only drawback was there was no pool. Very clean and spacious. All the appliances you could ever need. The only complaint is the description says that it is a five minute walk from starved Rock Park. It is not. You can walk to the entrance of the park(15-20 minutes) it's a long road into the park and you are not allowed to walk on the into the park but the park doesn't let you ##### Terie Lynn C. A bit frustrating at first due to heat wave and convincing the owner that we needed a service technician. After the property manager came out and observed the problem the owner then sent us a service technician and he fixed the capacitor on the unit and then it took most of the night to cool off.
