This newly renovated historic lofted condo is located in downtown Utica, IL (Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Parks). It will accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for a romantic getaway or a girls trip with a king sized bed and queen size sofa sleeper. This is not a place to party but to relax and enjoy. The lower level of The Bickerman is home to Bruce & Ollie’s Coffee, Ice Cream and Deli. It is a place for everyone to enjoy! The property owner was fabulous. From the big to the small, they thought of everything when putting the property together. The location was great.
