This loft style condo is very comfortable and centrally located in the heart of Utica. The front windows have been restored to their original height and offer an awesome view of the downtown. There is a full kitchen with plenty of space to unwind after a long day of hiking or shopping. You can relax by the cozy fireplace with a book or take a long shower in the beautiful walk in. I read over the do’s and dont’s to ensure all responsibilities. I came in and swept some minor debris left prior to my stay. My fiancé and I were there only to rest and shower. We were there mainly to frequent the parks and winery. I received a request for an additional 250 cleaning fee.We couldn’t understand what this was for, when I went over and beyond what was asked in the manual, because that’s just me. I received a message stating the property was left in inhumane living conditions with feces inside. I’m thinking what no one even passed bowels there. So I asked for photos. I was sent a picture of red smudge on a piece of stone. The property manager was Very rude! I replied is this a joke or scam? I wanted to know where was this even located inside the home? And the response was I’m going to report you.I made sure this was reported because I feel this was a scam or possibly an extortion for additional money. I went online and seen this is something that happens often.…please be aware!!!I made sure I kept all photos and messages! Would love to post them! Also what she didn’t know was my fiancé and I own several air, bnb properties so I took a video of the property with a date and time stamp upon leaving!
