The city center is within a few steps. Duplex terraced houses. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, TV and a large table. The kitchen is connected to the living room. Bathroom with shower. There are separate bedrooms on the first floor. The house has a covered terrace with lounge furniture and barbecue facilities. There are sun loungers. The cottages have heating. Wireless internet is available. The well-kept property has a safe parking lot, a garden gazebo, and a playground. The center offers tickets for the nearby Helios swimming pool complex (300 m from the center; indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides, saunas - PLN 30/hour for 1 person). The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, water consumption, firewood (outside the holiday season), baby cot, high chair, internet, parking. Ustronie Morskie is located in Western Pomerania, 10 km east of Kołobrzeg. A sandy, clean beach, a walking pier, a seaside atmosphere, and a picturesque cliff are the advantages of this resort. The international bicycle route R-10 runs through Ustronie Morskie, along which you can easily and pleasantly cycle to Kołobrzeg (a city with many monuments, a lighthouse, a long walking pier, a promenade). On the way you pass Sianożęty - a small summer resort. Driving in the opposite direction (east) you can visit Gąski (lighthouse), Sarbinowo and even Mielno located on the spit between the Baltic Sea and Lake Jamno. Es gibt 9 Häuser, bzw Appartements auf der kleinen Anlage. Es kommt einem aber nicht voll vor, da man durch die Bauweise separat ist. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und kann jederzeit genutzt werden. Es waren leider regnerische Tage, so dass wir nur ein paar Stunden unterwegs waren. Der Kamin hat uns schnell wieder durchgewärmt. Ein kurzer Fußweg führt direkt ans Meer. Die Outdoor Sportgeräte an jeder Ecke haben wir jeden Morgen genutzt und auch die E-Roller kamen zum Einsatz. Auch ein Ausflug nach Kohlberg durfte nicht fehlen. Neben zahlreichen Kebab Läden findet man feine Restaurants mit erschwinglichen Preisen. Die polnische Ostsee ist definitiv zu empfehlen. ##### Linda P. Es ist ausreichend Platz und genau so wie es auf den Bildern dargestellt ist. Alles ist durch laufen erreichbar. Die Wohnung war alles sehr sauber und man hat alles da was man brauch. Vielleicht ein paar Steckdosen zu wenig aber damit kann man sich arrangieren. Die Anlage ist schön grün und Kinder und Hunde freundlich. Wir waren 4 erwachsene Personen und ein Hund und hatten nie Probleme. Leider waren bei unserem Besuch noch nicht alle Stände, Geschäfte und Restaurants offen aber wir sind trotzdem fündig geworden. Bis zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit und auch da kann man problemlos mit Hund hin. Wie gesagt wir kommen gern wieder. ##### Anne P.
