It features two bedrooms, each with a private balcony, a spacious living room, dining area with views of the Beagle Channel, full kitchen, comfortable bathroom, Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It’s located on the third floor with elevator access. The apartment is fully equipped and located in a prime area. Beds can be arranged as doubles or singles depending on guest needs. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and tour agencies. The area is safe and well-lit—ideal for walking even at night. What makes Toluken 3A special is its view of the Beagle Channel, spacious layout, and warm design. It’s perfect for guests seeking an urban experience with comfort, autonomy, and personalized attention. Every detail is designed to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and welcome. Guests have full access to all private areas of the apartment. Access is secure and the building includes an elevator. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, parties or gatherings beyond the allowed capacity should be avoided, and quiet hours must be respected. Pet access is subject to prior approval. Key handover is done in person at Fadul 32, where we’ll warmly welcome you. After that, we’ll be available via WhatsApp for any questions or needs during your stay.
