Our house, which is located in the middle of all the tourist museums and ruins of Cappadocia, offers a wonderful villa experience where you can comfortably stay with your family, full of peace and quiet.

The planning of our villa is designed as 4+1.
1. Our room, 180x200 double bed (bathroom).
2. Our room, 180x200 double bed (bathroom).
3. Our room, 90x190 three single beds.
4. Our room is the living room, two full sofa beds.
5. Fully equipped kitchen.
It has a total area of 260m2.

•Our villa has underfloor heating.

There are fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen tools in our villa.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, ironing board provide a fully equipped villa experience.

Our villa, which consists of 2 bathrooms, one for normal shower and the other one is designed similar to a double Turkish bath.

There is a private indoor parking garage that they can use when they come to our locations with their own cars.

There are all kitchen sets that you will use, open panoramic terrace, bar kitchen and grill counter.
Your private cook for the grill is free.

It has many different features such as watching hot air balloons at sunrise and natural breakfast prepared with organic.

Our quiet, calm, peaceful and clean villa, located in a central location of Cappadocia, will make your holiday unique.

Luxurious Farm Life

Beautiful home just a short drive from the heart of Cappadocia. Luxurious linens throughout each bed and bath. Close to sites of Uchisar Castle & Kaymaklı. Gorgeous sunrise views, next to Topuz Mountain, from the front porch. Fragrant bouquets of night flower line the porch, where you can enjoy your evening tea. Observed the matriarch of the family, who was very sweet and friendly, farming the land - shucking bushels of the most delicious walnuts I've ever tasted, and chickpeas. Just a 5 minute drive to a local market for farm fresh groceries. Management of the rental was accommodating and helpful to us to be English speaking. Wish we would've scheduled more time here and would love to return some day.
