« The cottage and location were amazing. We went for a couple of walks around the property and were a little disappointed that the lawn had not been mowed. Also the Keurig coffee maker needs to be replaced. The size of the cottage was perfect and it was very cozy. We had a problem locking the front door and it took us a while to figure it out. Hopefully the owner updates the instructions so no one else has to deal with that issue. »

« The home is charming and equipped with almost everything a guest could need. The location is great. Views are spectacular. We caught fish, took long walks, and explored the area. Shops and restaurants in the middle peninsula and northern neck area that we visited were very nice. The hosts were very responsive. Will try to visit every year. »

« Lauren was great and answered all our questions quickly. Her home was appointed with wonderful linens, comfortable seating areas inside and out, gat kitchen and with everything we needed. We could have come down empty handed with just our clothes and been just fine. Their beautiful home is on the point over looking the river with incredible sunsets. Lauren is a very thoughtful and a gracious host with a binder full of information…..we are leaving this great place with wonderful memories »
