Cons:- 1- we didn’t like the neighborhood. It’s kinda of shady. 2- the house needs more small appliances and utensils but only if u r staying as a family. I was staying for my orthodox Easter and I was cooking so I felt I needed more. If you are by yourself and don’t plan to cook then it’s good for you. 3- the backyard needs to be sprayed cuz it has bees and mosquitoes.
