If I had to stay in the area again, there are not alot of options and would consider staying again. I know they can be better. Sign when coming in that they will give you $10 for giving a 5 star rating. Need a maintenance person that can caulk. The fix caulking in the shower corners and base is thick and unattractive along with growing stuff due to not being smooth. The only place in the shower to put soap is up high. Glad my mom did not get this room. The furniture and bed were mostly good. The couch looked like a cat got their claws on the front corner and the coffee table is warn. Good premium channels, but could not watch local channels due to digitization. The facility is large and strangely built. Each section of the complex is through single closed doors. We stayed on the side where you go through the breakfast room. It took a little maneuvering to get the luggage cart to our room corridor. Patch paint is very obvious as it does not match the paint of the walls. In our room, the color matched, but not the sheen. In the back corridor, the patch paint was darker leaving you the feeling of being in a construction zone. The checkin clerk was not what you would expect from someone greeting you to their property. She was matter of fact to slightly surly. Experienced this both in checkin and asking where to find the ice maker. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Due to being off season, bagels were stale. Main choices, cereal, waffles or bagels.

The person up front was rude and not friendly at all. I gave her a friendly hello, how you doing, three times, And each time she stared at me and said how can I help you. She was purposely ignoring my friendliness.

Jenny was so great at check in. Shes always so polite and her customer service is superb. The kids LOVED the pool and so quiet throughout the hotel. Will return again!!

Didn’t like that you have to call a number on the clipboard to receive front desk service. Check in was fine but checking out the man told me that if he needed to get me a receipt then he would come up but if not then to leave the keys on the desk.

Only a one night stay. Came for the local Christmas light display. Ate dinner at a place called The Steer Barn, Breakfast at The Corner. Excellent Stay. Price was fair. Would recommend.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The hall way to our room smelled very good. Only complaint I have is they wouldn't turn on the lights in the pool room even though it didn't close for 2 more hours and it was dark out.

The receptionist was rude. We had to go to the desk every night to have our key cards reactivated. She blamed it on us! Even the extra cards left in the room would not work. Not very good customer service!

Overcharged for cancelation and lied to Hotel.com
They charged me 143 for cancelation on a three day stay that was a 111 pre day. I tried to cancel on Hotel site and it kept flipping me back login after acceptation verification code. Called the hotel direct to cancel after 3pm cutoff, and the women was nervous and said it would be 75 to 100 depending how the manager reacted in the morning. The next day Searched for Hotel Customer service person after two transfer I got nice person who called the hotel about my cancelation. The Quality Inn managerl LIED and said I canceled on following day and that Quality Inn policy was to charge a full average daily rate. I never write bad reviews. But this is a place to skip for sure. Plus Hotels.com should put the People hotline number on home web site. No time to search for numbers when driving.

The room was clean, simple, no pizzazz... A few nice bushes or flowers outside the entrance would have been nice, the underside of the bathroom sink was visible(tacky), there was no TV remote that I could find, and a BIG disturbance on the bedside table at 12 midnight and at 12:10am... the rattling buzz of a device that may(?) be used by hearing impaired persons. The breakfast was very simple, self-serve, microwavable, had scrumptious mini oranges.
