"L'hôtel est très design et bien situé. La rue Cuba Street est très vivante et regorge de bonnes adresses pour le déjeuner et le diner. Le bar Lola Rouge est très agréable et les personnels sont aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses, en revanche la salle de bain est basique pour un hôtel qui se veut d'un certain standing et la literie pourrait être meilleure. En outre, le personnel de la réception était fort peu chaleureux et accommodant. Mais dans l'ensemble mon séjour à l'hôtel était satisfaisant."
