The "Bieri-Haus" is a historical apartment house located in the heart of Unterseen, just 500 meters from the center of Interlaken. It boasts a sunny and bustling location, offering amenities such as Internet Wifi, Parking, and a Tennis Court. The vacation rental features a central heating system and is conveniently situated near various shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, and public transportation options.

The property is ideally situated for outdoor enthusiasts, with walking paths located just 50 meters away. It is also in close proximity to a golf course (3 km), tennis courts (1.1 km), an indoor tennis center (750 m), and a minigolf course (800 m). For those interested in winter sports, ski facilities are located 15 km away, and a children's playground is a short distance of 150 meters.

Unterseen, Switzerland is home to several nearby attractions, including the Jungfraujoch, Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, and Beatushöhlen. Well-known ski regions like the Jungfrau Ski Region can be easily accessed from the property. Additionally, the picturesque Thunersee and Brienzersee lakes are within reach.

This 3-room apartment is 70 square meters in size and is located on the first floor. It features a spacious and bright interior with practical and cozy furnishings. The living/dining area is large and includes a dining table and cable TV. There is one small room with two beds (80 cm wide, 190 cm long), and one large room with a double bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long). The wooden floors add warmth and charm to the space.

The apartment is well-equipped with a large kitchen that includes three hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill and fondue set for your enjoyment. Additional kitchen amenities include Delizio coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The porch spanning 16 square meters offers both east and south-facing positions, providing beautiful views of the mountains, the resort, and the river. Balcony furniture is available for your convenience. Other amenities include an iron, hair dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Reserved parking for one car is also included.
