They've just redone things and everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were beautiful! We had one of the top floor lofts and literally gasped when we walked in with how nice the room was and how amazing the view was! There is also a really cool cafe/lounge in the first floor, and the hosts are incredibly kind and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. We would lay on the sofa and enjoying the beautiful Jungfrau mountain with its snow and glacier for hours. The balcony is expansive with outdoor furniture, and with million dollar view. The property was just remodeled with excellent interior and all new furnitures. Not just because of the recent renovations, but because of how well they maintain the property. This place fully earns my CCN rating: Clean, Comfortable, and Near everything. But I’m giving it a CCN+! The view from room 580 is absolutely stunning, I woke up every day surrounded by the Alps. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. You can walk everywhere, but if you’d rather not, Interlaken gives you a free city pass, yes, free public transportation all around the area! Don’t just take my word for it. Beautiful facilities, the room we got was quant but offered stunning views and the location is easily walkable, it gave us the ability to forget we had a car. You can walk directly outside and be on the river paths that lead you immediately into the heart of the town. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and enthusiastically kind. Be sure to book a room with a river view. It's on the pricier side, especially considering that room service is not complimentary. Additionally, be aware that the hotel charges a 100 CHF cleaning fee, even though guests are required to dispose of their own trash. None of the other hotels we stayed at in Switzerland charged a cleaning fee, and they all included free room service. Food in switzerland is quite expensive, so we were able to save money by grocery shopping and preparing our own meals. Unfortunately, it was quite hot during the time we were there, with daytime temperatures around 85 degrees fahrenheit! We had fans, but no AC. We opened the windows for ventilation at night, but for some reason, there was no window nets! This allowed insects to come into our room which bothered us and especially our children!
