The property was just remodeled with excellent interior and all new furnitures. None of the other hotels we stayed at in Switzerland charged a cleaning fee, and they all included free room service. We opened the windows for ventilation at night, but for some reason, there was no window nets! This allowed insects to come into our room which bothered us and especially our children!
