Nestled in the Ammergau Alps, your accommodation is in the picturesque village of Unterammergau. Enjoy a fantastic view of the local mountains from your private balcony, or relax in the 65sqm top floor apartment with modern alpine flair. As a place of retreat you have two bedrooms and one open Living room with sofa bed available. There is also a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Start the day carefree with a fully equipped kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from a small selection. Even in bad weather, should that happen, you will find numerous ways to organize your day with us. WiFi, satellite TV, games and children's books are included. Park your car in up to 2 free parking spaces on the property and enter your holiday flat via a separate entrance with a small cloakroom. A locked room is available on request for your sports equipment. You can also book a high chair and a baby cot. Pets and smoking are not permitted. We ask you to turn down the volume after 10 p.m. After booking, please fill out the Holidu contact form that will be sent to you by email and provide your address. This will help the host to prepare your stay in the best possible way. In the high season there is a minimum stay of 5 nights. If fewer nights are booked, the price remains the same due to the minimum stay. Clean, with beautiful views of the surrounding area, it was within close proximity of the major sites (Oberammergau, Garmisch, Schloss Neuschwanstein, Ettal Abbey, etc.) The owner, who speaks English well, communicated quickly in response to our initial inquiry as well as subsequent questions we had. The home is so cute and cozy with beautiful views and close proximity to everything we were hoping to see and do. I gave the check-in process less stars only because we never received any info on how to check in or check out but the owners were outside when we arrived and so they let us in and it was no problem but it could have been had no one been around.
