Located in the sleepy community of Union Pier stands A Good Latitude. This four-bedroom, two full bath home is just a short walk to Gowdy Shores private beach and close to everything in Harbor Country. Your family will love the spacious outdoor yard perfect for the kids. Outside features an outdoor deck, gas grill, and outdoor shower. The main floor features a full stocked kitchen with dining for six plus an additional two island seating. A spacious family room with TV as well as lovely screened in porch that seats up to six guests. There are three bedrooms and two full baths on main floor. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and an en suite full bathroom with stand-alone tub and shower. Bedroom #2 is perfect for the kids with four twins (bunk beds). Bedroom #3 comes with a queen bed. Main floor also has second full bathroom (shower only) as well as washer/dryer. The second floor has the fourth bedroom with queen bed. You will love the cozy reading nook too! It may not be the most modern or the biggest, but it is by far the most ideal!!! It is super clean and the hosts of thought of every tiny detail -- wonderful ceiling fans in every room, towels arranged beautifully upon arrival, well-equipped for family cooking, convenient BBQ, super comfortable (if a bit small) beds, modernized showers with great water pressure, lovely outdoor shower, tons of games, wonderful firepit and your own blueberry bushes and apple tree to pick from!!!! The beautiful beach is a very short pretty walk and the neighbors are all super friendly. We absolutely loved our stay!!! The only thing I would request would be a few extra blankets on the cold nights, but otherwise EVERYTHING you could need for a family beach holiday. ##### Cadence P.
