Aqua Vacation Rentals Sandy Shore is a charming 3 bedroom (loft w/2 twins) 2 bath home which features a large deck, private heated pool, hot tub, loft area with two twin beds and close proximity to the beach. As you enter into the house the open concept feel, natural light throughout and beach decor transport you to a relaxing Lake Michigan vacation with lots of amenities. The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace and seating for watching movies or hanging out. The dining room easily seats 8 guests, 6 at the table and 2 at the bar or there are extra chairs to seat 8 at the table. The kitchen has all you need for basic cooking and bar seating for breakfast or to chat with a cup of coffee or glass of wine while someone prepares meals. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the primary bedroom has a queen bed and full bath and upstairs is a loft with two twin beds. The main bath has a tub/shower and is conveniently located next to the living room. There's also a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. As you go out the back door you enter onto a large deck with private heated pool, gas grill, hot tub and plenty of seating for lounging in the sun or hanging out. The beach is located just a couple of blocks from the house. This home is ideal for those that want to be close to the beach but also want the convenience of a private pool. Sandy Shore is close to restaurants, ice cream, a convenient store, a bakery and a rental shop. Come and enjoy all this beautiful home in Union Pier, MI has to offer! Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Easy access to the beach, and it was quiet. The area has a few restaurants, but we ate in New Buffalo @ The Stray Dog, and enjoyed our time @ Round Barn. We felt safe, never locked the doors door we never saw any keys. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Used the blender and toaster as well. We brought own oil and salt to cook eggs but property had all that! Brought own coffee filters. But they had some there as well. I did ask about filters prior to check in but no communication. The beds are ok, one is really saggy, no dressers or hooks or shelves. Master bedroom has a roomy bathroom with shelves. The two loft beds were too hot to sleep in. The pool was fantastic. The awning out back was perfect! Loved loved the back deck. And propert supplies many towels. So nice you do that! It felt clean and sanitized, treated it like our home for the week. We loved it. Can you get some towel hooks in the hall bathroom? Thank you! Would most likely come back and recommend to friends! ##### lochin s. Having such a short walk to the beach and a pool in the back yard was a win with every family member. A few days were a bit colder and the hot tub was a win with the adults. So close to the beach and all that you need is there in the shed. Of course when we went, it was unseasonably cool. But a heated pool and hot tub made that far less of a worry. Immaculate, well appointed and tastefully done. Pool and hot tub were very well maintained. The hot tub actually was hot, in a good way. Quiet neighborhood with huge trees throughout. We spent many hours around the fireplace. It is an easy walk to the beach and an equally easy walk to Whistle Stop for supplies. If you are staying there during the off season, the pool will likely be blocked off with caution tape but hot tub was still available. We only used it twice. Also be aware that in the early spring the trees are still bare so you feel rather close to your neighbors on either side. I would guess in the summer it feels more private. Overall, it is a professionally managed, very clean property and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend. ##### Barbara & Brendon S.
