Welcome to my house, newly built exclusively for short term rentals, conveniently located 25 minutes from the Creation Museum, 30 minutes from the Ark Encounter and only a 5 minute drive from a wide variety of restaurants, pharmacies, parks/playgrounds and a large grocery store. Relax and enjoy time away in a stylish, modern cottage that lives large with an open kitchen/living room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in 1,500 square feet. The space Modern ranch style house--all living spaces are on one level with two step access (sidewalk to front porch then front porch to interior). Maximum occupancy is 8, not including infants. Pets and parties are NOT permitted. BEDROOMS BEDROOM 1 sleeps 4 and has a triple twin sized bunk bed and a folding twin sized bed. When the fourth bed is not in use there is plenty of space to play. Bedding is "beddy's" sleeping bag style and is laundered in between every guest. Please note that the top bunk may not be suitable for younger children. Bathroom is a shared bathroom with a tub shower in the hall. BEDROOM 2 has a king sized bed and shares the hall bathroom. BEDROOM 3 is the primary bedroom at the back of the house and has a king sized bed and a private full bathroom with double vanity and step in shower. All beds are fitted with luxurious linens, multiple pillows (firm and soft) and extra blankets. BATHROOMS Bathrooms have towels, washcloths, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, dishes and flatware, as well as a full sized refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and the all important coffee maker and a french press. Coffee, sugar and creamer pods are also provided, but if you don’t want to make your own there are two Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts a mere 5 minutes away:) Coffee maker uses pods (provided) or brews a pot, so feel free to bring your favorite type of coffee if you like. LIVING ROOM Relax in the living room and enjoy the Roku TV with Netflix (guest’s log-in). Equipped with high speed Wifi and a desk for a peaceful dedicated workspace. Games and books provided for some family fun:) Cleaning Protocol: We pride ourselves on an exceptionally clean environment and follow CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing after each guest departure. Guest access You are welcome to make use of the whole house and the yard. Please park only in the two dedicated spaces in the driveway and avoid parking on the street. The lake, which is visible from the backyard, is not part of the property. Please do not go into the neighbor's yard to access the lake. Other things to note No loud noise after 10pm as we have close neighbors. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the cottage is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior and there are no cameras on the inside. Check-in is anytime AFTER 4pm (24 hour check-in is available via smart lock, but please let me know if you plan to arrive after 10pm.) My son loved Earth Treasure (Rocks, crystals & gift shop)...we spent way too long at this store, the owner was so attentive to my son, she had so many stories to tell us, we enjoyed! GPS kept rounting us left out of the community but once we realized going right was better it was perfect. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Graers ice cream, wow! Our host, Stephanie, was perfect and jumped on every question I had with grace and fortitude. The home was breathtaking and perfect in every way. It really felt like home away from home. Our triplet daughters are so picky when it comes to places to stay and they were very pleased with the home, the bunk room, and dining area perfect for our family of 7 or more. The bunk room was perfect for new teenagers or younger ones and extra twin bed since we had one that didn't want to bunk on the top. We also did not realize how close it was to casinos. I am already trying to plan another vacation to the area so that I can stay here again. Thank you Stephanie for ensuring we had a wonderful stay! ##### The Morgan T. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Union, KY, it is a 30 minute drive to each attraction. Local amenities in Union are only 5 minutes away. Perfect for our family of 8, the property exceeded our expectations. Stephanie is a fantastic host, communicating with us every day. A new home that is built specifically for VRBO rental, it is comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay there again. ##### Terry W. The host was so friendly and responsive- a real pleasure to rent from for our vacation in north Kentucky. The house was exactly as advertised, and even better than the photos! We stayed here to be between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum with my parents and three kids. The house was clean and cozy. Well decorated and engineered for space to provide comfortable spaces for larger groups/families. Perfect location between the two parks. Everything was clean & spaces were perfect for our family of 6\. We have a handicapped son in a wheelchair and the space was great for him as well.
