Union Grove Vacation Packages

Room was big enough space for everyone.quiet. No handicap accessibility. doors extremely difficult to open no zero entry into shower( some members of our party unable to shower) also no handicap bars in tub. Pool was very nice and attendants very courteous but did not enforce rules especially in lazy river. Only 2 inner tubes with seats

The property was great. It felt like a decently modern cabin in the woods. The people working there are absolutely amazing. Super friendly and curteous. The location is quite easy to find, it is quite steep up the hill. Every hotel we stay I try to give a review based on 3 things. 1. Hospitality, 2. Premise and experience 3. Above and betodn beyond I would give it all a 5 star except the going above and and beyond. There was about 2 occasions where I needed little bit of help and both were failed. I needed to borrow a computer mouse for an hour, I had to check in

Liked how well the property was maintained, and its convenience to downtown Gatlinburg. Did not like that the hotel suddenly started charging for parking.

I loved the room! It was just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. The quilts are great! The halls were clean and didn’t smell. The lobby and social areas were great. Unfortunately half the arcade was having problems. But it didn’t detract from the rest of the facility.

Love the location to downtown Gatlinburg, close to attractions, trolley, and restaurants. Breakfast options were good. Pillows could be better!
