Everyone was so amazing. Budhi was great in giving me an amazing room. And Rosa was amazing in helping me have an amazing stay. Anything you need don’t hesitate to ask the staff they will go above and beyond for you to have a great stay. The Hotel is amazing too and the breakfast buffet from Asian to American food. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful views that made our stay even more special. The amenities were fantastic and really added to the overall experience, and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Wiwin, the manager, was incredibly helpful when we had to make unexpected changes to our reservation. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making a potentially stressful situation so much easier for us. Overall, this hotel is truly a gem. Between the breathtaking views, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
