The modern villa with pool offers two bedrooms for up to four guests. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. The bedrooms are modern and comfortable. Both rooms have a television and are air-conditioned. The master bedroom offers a double bed, while the second room offers a double bed that can be split into two single beds. There is also a bathroom on the same floor. On the first floor of the villa you will find a bright, modern furnished living room with fireplace and TV as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen connected in an open space concept. There is also another bathroom on the floor. This area is air-conditioned and ideal for your vacation. The garden of the villa offers you various places to relax. First and foremost is a private pool with sun loungers. For a break from sunbathing and swimming, you can enjoy the shaded part of the terrace with a relaxation area right next to the house. In the garden you will also find a shaded dining area with a dining table and a barbecue where you can try out your cooking skills. The property is fully fenced and has private parking for 2 cars.
