Villa Ester is a two-story apartment house located in the Punta district, just 2 km from the center of Umag, Croatia. It offers a prime location, situated merely 300 m from the sea and beach. The property boasts an array of amenities, including a shared swimming pool (48 m2, depth 150 cm, available seasonally from May 1 to September 30), an outdoor shower, and a hot tub. Additionally, the owner/gardener provides pool maintenance services. Internet Wifi connectivity is available within the premises, and parking facilities are provided. For your convenience, a vacation rental option is available at Villa Ester.

The property encompasses a spacious 1,500 m2 area, offering ample outdoor space for relaxation and recreation.
