Allerdings waren wir mit der Sauberkeit nicht voll zufrieden. Alles Geschirr und Kochutensilien mussten vor Benutzung ohne Ausnahme gereinigt werden. In Die Bäder waren teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und die Duschen schimmelig. Auch die Matratzen müssten an mancher Stelle ersetzt werden. Bei dem doch sehr hochpreisigen Objekt sollte nachgebessert werden. Die Investition in einen neuen Geschirrspüler würde sich lohnen. Gartenmöbel sind zum Großteil kaputt und müssen unbedingt ausgetauscht werden! Abgesehen davon hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und haben das schöne Ambiente und das schöne Grundstück mit Pool sehr genossen. ##### Hannah Sophie U. Séjour de 14 nuits en août 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Christiane H., Stuttgart 20 août 2025 Points faibles : Propreté #### Leider keine "Villa Dream" Wir waren im Juni 25 in der "Villa Dream" (gebucht für 13 Nächte). Wir waren schockiert vom Zustand des Hauses. Auf der Website steht "neu renoviert", vielleicht wurden aber lediglich die Wände in einigen der Räume erst kürzlich gestrichen. Die Fotos auf der Website sind irreführend. Viele Dinge sind schmutzig, kaputt, morsch, funktionieren nicht, können nicht verwendet werden oder existieren einfach nicht (im Gegensatz zu den Bildern oder der Beschreibung auf der Website). Wir sprachen mit dem Besitzer, der ein freundlicher Mann ist, aber er selbst konnte (oder war nicht bereit) diese Dinge während unseres Aufenthalts in Ordnung zu bringen. Diese fehlt oder existiert nicht mehr (im Gegensatz zu den Infos auf der Website). Zum Beispiel: Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Beschattung neben der Sauna, keine Schlüssel für die Türen im Haus, ein Problem vor allem für die Badezimmertüren, kein extra Esstisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse in der extra Wohnung (siehe Foto auf der Website), die Küche in der extra Wohnung ist überhaupt nicht ausgestattet, kein Trampolin. Man kann die Aussicht nicht genießen, da die Pflanzen nicht geschnitten werden. Dies sind nur einige der Dinge, die nicht in Ordnung sind! Wir sind 5 Tage früher abgereist. (Außerdem hatten wir viele Stiche und entdeckten in den meisten Betten Flöhe). Wir können dieses Haus definitiv nicht empfehlen. Außerdem ist es viel zu teuer für das, was es bietet. ##### Christiane H. Séjour de 13 nuits en juin 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Giancarlo G. 15 août 2025 Points faibles : Propreté Das Haus ist in einen sehr ungepflegten Zustand. Abwasser ist nicht abgeflossen die Gartenmöbel waren defekt und es fehlten überall Kleinigkeiten wie zum Beispiel Griffe. Stühle und Betten waren Defekt und ich hatte den Eindruck das der Besitzer hier auch nichts ändern will. Der Backofen war offensichtlich Monatelang nicht gereinigt worden. Müll wurde auch nicht abgefahren sodass wir sogar eine Ratte im Haus hatten und an unsere Einkäufe gegangen ist . Das Haus ist nicht empfehlenswert und auch viel zu teuer.The house is in a very poor condition. The sewage didn't drain away, the garden furniture was broken, and small items like handles were missing everywhere. Chairs and beds were broken, and I got the impression that the owner didn't want to change anything. The oven had obviously not been cleaned for months. The garbage hadn't been taken away either, so we even had a rat in the house that ate our groceries. Im Urlaubsalltag sind uns dann einige Sachen aufgefallen. Sauna nicht mehr sehenswert, Sonnenschutz fehlte, Spülmaschine defekt trotz Reparatur, schmutziges Geschirr und teils unsaubere Duschen, etc. Ein bisschen mehr liebe zur Ordnung und Sauberkeit wäre gut, aber wir sind im Süden, da steht das nicht unbedingt an erster Stelle. Wenn das schöne Grundstück und die relative Nähe zum Meer nicht waren, würde die Note noch bissl schlechter ausfallen. ##### Holger I. Man ist völlig ungestört und kann komplett abschalten. In Wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Umag oder in Novigrad. Es ist ein Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahradtouren. Zur Anreise empfiehlt es sich die Adresse ins Navi einzugeben und nicht den Goolelink zu verwenden, denn dieser führt eine Abzweigung früher zu einer Baustelle. Für uns, 13 Erwachsene, war es ideal und wir werden wieder kommen. ##### Michael K. Die Einrichtung ist leider ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte Ersatz oder Reparatur vertragen. ##### Voyageur vérifié Séjour de 7 nuits en mai 2023 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Eugen M. 17 nov. 2022 #### Alte, aber schöne und große Villa mit viel Platz Mit einer Gruppe aus 15 Personen (9 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) waren wir Ende Juli 2022 zu Gast in dieser Villa. Dementsprechend hatten wir viele verschiedene Eindrücke und Meinungen. An sich reichte die durch die Putzkräfte hergestellte Reinlichkeit aus. Die Toiletten hatten wir trotzdem nochmal selbst nachgeputzt. Die Schlafzimmer waren aber sauber und mit neuer Bettwäsche bezogen. Die Küche ist nicht mehr die Neueste, aber Spüle, Spülmaschine und Herd funktionierten einwandfrei. Außerdem stehen einem 3! Kühlschränke zur Verfügung. Leider fehlte eine funktionieren Kaffemaschine und ein Toaster. War aber nicht tragisch. Der beleuchtete Pool war für die Kinder ein Highlight! Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten ebenfalls problemlos. Lediglich die Klimaanlage im angebauten Neubau verlor vermutlich durch unzureichende Dämmung an Wirkung. Trotzdem hatten wir in der Villa 10 wunderbare Tage. Hervorheben möchten wir die überaus freundliche und sehr hilfreiche Behandlung durch den Gastgeber Drago. Wir konnten mit jedem erdenklichen Anliegen an ihn herantreten. Die Poolbeleuchtung soll früher angehen? - War am selben Abend erledigt. Wo kann man gut essen gehen? - Man bekam direkt mehrere Vorschläge. WLAN funktioniert nicht? - Innerhalb von Minuten war er mit einem neuen Router da. Wir haben zu wenig Handtücher? - Kurz darauf steht der Mann mit mehreren neu-gekauften, (nicht gerade günstigen) Hand- und Badetüchern vor der Tür. Regelmäßig brachte er frisches Obst aus eigenem Anbau vorbei. Drago gibt alles, dass es dem Gast gut geht. Vielen Dank dafür! ##### Eugen M. Die Betten und Handtücher waren sauber, die restliche Sauberkeit war wenig zufriedenstellend. Sehr viele Dinge waren kaputt. Es wäre die perfekte Villa, wenn der Besitzer sich ein bisschen mehr bemühen würde. Die Gegend und der Blick aufs mehr war genial. Wir konnten herrlich unter uns sein. ##### Bettina H. According to the description: - the house is completely renovated; - the beach is 5 minutes by car away; - there is a dishwasher; - there are all double beds plus an additional french-sized bed in one room. In fact: - the house is broken in many places --> wardrobes with broken doors and without shelfs, floors with broken tiles and wood, doors that cannot be closed, etc. This is even dangerous for children. The shower of one room dropped into the ground floor! - the beach is 15 minutes away at least; - there is NO DISHWASHER and never was! - none of the beds are double beds. They are all max. 1,60 meters broad. Moreover, the house was not at all cleaned when we arrived: - the garbage cans in the rooms were not emptied; - the cupboards were not cleaned, they were all dusty; - there were ants everywhere - in the kitchen cupboards, in the refrigerator, in the bathrooms. Moreover, we had 4 SCORPIONS and apparently a MOUSE! There were also lots of mosquitos and no fly screens. There are three kitchens, but one kitchen does not work and is not equipped at all. There is only one refrigerator. There are not enough glasses for all the people. When all air conditions were running, the electricity broke down! All in all, we cannot recommend a stay in this house. It is a pity that it is so purely maintained. The location, the view and the garden, as well as the house as such would be really worth a stay. ##### Anton S. Esperienza da evitare La casa sarebbe anche bella ma l"ordine e la pulizia lasciano molto a desiderare. L'impressione è che sia una casa non curata, mobili sporchi , rotti, vecchi e rovinati. Ci sono tre cucine ma solo in una di esse era presente il frigorifero (all'interno del quale abbiamo trovato bibite aperte) e la lavastoviglie non c'è. I bagni poi sarebbero tutti da rifare.
