The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for use: barbecue facilities. **Holiday resort** 134 accommodations, reception, ATM, 2 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, café, internet (Wi-Fi), supermarket and boutique. Medical center, small marina for 80 boats. **Location** Umag. The holiday apartment is located in a resort, on a garden plot with a lawn and trees. The complex is 2 km from Umag and is situated in a lagoon connected to the sea, in the shade of a pine forest, amidst Mediterranean greenery and quiet parks. Access is directly from the main road.
