With 3 bedrooms, two with Queen beds both with study desks the 3rd bedroom with a tri bunk bed, all featuring built-in wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms and an additional seperate toilet in the laundry. The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with a comfortable lounge featuring a TV and a dining table for 8, and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher. A second sunny lounge with TV provides another space to relax, while the downstairs garage has been converted into a rumpus room with a pool table, lounge, TV, and a single bunk bed, perfect for games and family fun. Additional conveniences include WiFi, ducted air conditioning throughout, a fully fenced yard, street parking, and laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer. Located in the heart of Mollymook, the property is just a short walk to the north end of Mollymook Beach, ideal for swimming, surfing, or water sports. Only issue really was state of the games room downstairs had to clean. The privacy when going to the bathroom was an issue with no lock on doors and so close to bedrooms. Not as clean as I would have liked. Several different living spaces. Dishwasher filter so clogged that I spent an hour cleaning it after it unsuccessfully cleaned the first load of dishes of our trip. Excellent space for a family of 5\. House was really clean and tidy, really well looked after (even if it looks a bit dated in parts in the photos - yes it is, but it’s fine and in really good condition). Beds, linen, pillows all fantastic, great condition and very comfortable. Pool table was fun and three TVs were great. Internet perfect. Smoke alarms went off once for no reason and another time just opening the oven. Not a big deal. Slight leak in kitchen skylight in heavy rain was a bit of pain but didn’t cause a significant problem. Would definitely stay here again. Best improvement to make would be a nice outdoor area to sit and relax outside, not particularly inviting and so we didn’t hang out the back at all.
