It is directly opposite the Mollymook Golf Club (I can thoroughly recommend the oysters at the Bistro), and just up from the beach. There were fabulous views from the deck and the living area, and the sea breeze was lovely when we had the doors open. We didn't use the kitchen except for making breakfast but it was well equipped with both crockery and cutlery, had a full sized fridge, cooktop, oven and microwave. We were easy walking distance to a couple of cafes, and the newsagent. The only criticism I would note was that there was only an air conditioner in the open plan living area, so I am not sure how comfortable sleeping would be in the middle of summer. On the upside though, there were portable electric fans in all of the bedrooms.
