We loved our stay; staff were amazing (especially Tomas & Balti), food was fantastic. The glam camps were so cute with breathtaking views, the entire place is magical. If you are using their transport be sure to confirm times as we often found ourself waiting but overall fantastic stay! Insider tip be sure to check out Cuarto Dominio for a tasting as that was a highlight of our stay!

Chozos is a beautiful property with great amenities. The front desk set up transport for our group to and from local wineries as well as the airport. They were helpful and kind. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were fantastic and the waiters were very friendly. We loved our stay and wish we could have been there longer!

Almost perfect!

The place is absolutely incredible! The accommodation is superb, and the view is breathtaking. The gardens are among the most beautiful I have ever seen, and the overall architecture is truly impressive. The service was excellent during the reservation process and check-in. However, on the second day, the concierge service was not as good as it was on the first day. Additionally, an unpleasant odor coming from outside our bedroom made our stay

The glamcamp room was spectacular. Breathtaking views of the mountains and vineyards and just the right amount of space for a short stay where you plan to do day trips in the area. The staff were all spectacular! Very responsive (through a WhatsApp account) and attentive The restaurant was superb, from the presentation to the flavours and staff service it was a very memorable part of our stay Would highly recommend it for people looking to be immersed in the wine region and planning to explore the variois bodegas during the day

This by far has been the most well designed and high end hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The Chozos Resort has paid a lot of attention to the most minute detail of immaculate architecture & design, and it's evident. I stayed in the Glam Camp, which a had ‘igloo’ styled formation, with floor to ceiling views of the Andes mountains on the Dragonback Wine Estate. The service I received from both Javier, the General Manager, and Deborah, the concierge attendant, was top tier. I do, however, want to be transparent about visiting this place, as the following items can potentially be drawbacks of the property in its current state (March 2023): 1: Location - The property is extremely far from the airport and city center (approx 1h, 10 min). You should rent a car to come here. There currently are no walking options for food, drink, shopping, store, etc. The closest taxi are approx 40 away. If you don’t rent a car, you will likely feel a bit stranded. 2: No restaurant currently on site - The property will eventually have an onsite restaurant. Because it is still being constructed, you will need to leave the site for food, should you not want the in room service. 3: It’s very new - The property is in the very early stages of development. There will be kinks as it may related to customer service, progresses, structure, communication, etc. All in all, I do not regret my choice of staying at this beautiful property located in Malbec wine country 🍷 🇦🇷 ⛰️

Staf despreparado. Atendentes do café da manhã de uma antipatia e má vontade que só usufruimos do serviço no primeira manhã. Sentimos medo de solicitar qualquer coisa para a moça e sermos mordidos. Em função disso resolvemos solicitar café da manhã na acomodação, para nossa surpresa haviam duas opções, uma era iogurte com frutas secas e a outra frios com pão, mas não poderiamos solicitar cada um uma opção, além disso a quantidade era pouquíssima e pagamos U$ 15,00

Sumamente agradecida, la experiencia de los días que nos quedamos fue fenomenal. Lindo, mas o serviço deixa a desejar.

O Chozo é absolutamente lindo. As vilas têm uma decoração perfeita, são muito bem equipadas (cozinha, máquina de café, louças). A parte que me decepcionou foi o serviço: o café da manhã é ruim. Ruim mesmo. Éramos 4 hóspedes e nos serviram café, leite, 2 croissants, 4 pães, um pratinho com queijo parmesão e salame e um bowl de frutas. Pedi ovos, não tinha. Suco, não tinha. Não há restaurante, nem cozinha. Se você precisar comer um misto, não vai ter. Sem contar que ninguém te recebe na chegada (ainda não há recepção) e você fica com as malas rodando o hotel inteiro até achar alguém pra te orientar. E não menos importante: a piscina não é aquecida. Simplesmente em 80% do ano, Mendoza é muito frio. É impossível usar a piscina por causa da temperatura da água, então é só um belo enfeite. No mais, o lugar é realmente muito bonito. Parece que você está em um filme.
