Séjour à Udonthani royaume du Siam
Hôtel très bien situé, tout est à portée de mains, buffet petit-déjeuner bien garni, choix entre déjeuner européen ou continental et asiatique. juste à côté de l'hôtel grand mall climatisé avec cinéma, boutiques et supermarché, l'hôtel à sa propre piscine. Tout a été ok pour ces trois jours en famille.

L'hotel est vraiment magnifique situé juste à côté du grand centre commercial et très proche du marché de nuit qui était vraiment très animé. Le séjour a été plus que parfait

Excellent hôtel,personnel très gentil comme de raison un manque d anglais mais rien de très grave j’ai été agréablement surpris de l hôtel et du personnel ,la qualité bravo

Not much alternative anyway...
Old facilities. Low standard on rooms for a rather high priced hotel in a city like Udon. Breakfast buffet always a plus.

Hotel standard , chambre classique (très petite salle de bain , douche seulement ) inutile de réserver une chambre "de luxe" rien de plus qu'une chambre standard !! Petit déjeuner et service ok .

Horrible! quelle arnaque!!
Cela fait deux sejours reserves avec chambre King Bed et deux fois qu'ils disent "plus de chambres avec KingBed mais seulement lits jumeaux". En insistant un peu, il faut payer 300bahts de plus pour avoir un King Bed (alors qu'il n'est plus cense y en avoir)... le discours semble bien rode (cela fait 48H qu'il n'y a plus de chambres avec King Bed etc...). D'autant plus que l'hotel affiche 4* mais la vetuste en fait tout au plus un 2*. les salles de bains sont d'un autre age, plus de coffre fort dans les chambres (??) le groom ne fait pas l'effort de prendre les bagages, des fuites dans la salle de bains (plic plic toute la nuit), les tapis des tapis de course du fitness sont rafistoles avec du scotch, bref Hotel a eviter!!! pour moins cher et meme quartier, le Pannarai (juste en face) ou Kavin Buri (tout neuf) font largement mieux!

This property is right in the heart of Udon Thani! Plenty of dining options at the shopping mall right next door! Easy walk to UD Town and other awesome restaurants and cafes nearby! The swimming pool is awesome and will definitely be staying there again the next time we’re in Udon Thani:)

It is convenient location because the big Mall, Central plaza is next door. Starbucks, KFC, McDonalds and other food vendors are in the basement part of the Mall. There are supermarket, pharmacy and Watson also on the same floor. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed in a basic room with two twin beds. The bathroom fixtures need to be update since the drainage system is very slow even after I have maintenance guy come to remove hair and other build up the drainage system still slow. I just showered as usual with water comes up to my ankle. I stayed there for four nights. There is tuk tuk normally park in front of the Plaza which I walk around the plaza to get tuk tuk. The plaza opens at 10:30am. McDonald's and Starbucks open 6 or 7 am. There other newer hotels in Udon, I stayed at this hotel because of convenient location for what I needed for the few days I was there.

Bodde högst upp på våning 14 i ett stort rum som hade något äldre möblemang men som ändå var ok. Hotellet ligger mitt i centrum intill shoppingcentert Central Plaza.

フロントの対応は親切でしたが、レストランのサービスが良くない。パンを挟むトングを従業員が床に落としたのをそのまま戻したり、食べ終わった皿をなかなか片付けてくれなかったり、使い終わったナイフとフォークをわざわざテーブルに戻したり。レストランの人の教育をし直した方が良い。
