The pullout couch was broken with a sign saying please don't use. So the place which was supposed to sleep six only had beds for four. Unfortunate to have to deal with construction that we were not informed of when we were looking for a quiet stay, although host responded to this quickly. Guests next door on Friday also very loud. Advertised as a cottage, which it is not. Suite needs better cleaning- big gaps between planks of the loft floor full of dust, pet hair and who knows what else, actually falling through onto the lower floor. Vacuum this! The location is beautiful, our favourite place in BC - beautiful beach and gorgeous trails right outside our door. Our hot tub was very much enjoyed in the stormy weather, and it was an extra treat to see the two eagles sitting beside their nest right above us. ##### Anne K. It was quite the winter storm when we were there so it was great to thaw out in the hot tub in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.
