In the commune of Uchizy, we offer this 120 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 900 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation includes :

\- 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, dining area   
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: sofa, queen-size bed (160×200), TV   
\- Two separate WC

\- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190), wardrobe  
\- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190), armchair, TV   
\- Bathroom with shower

\- 900 m² enclosed garden  
\- 20 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days  
  
The house is ideally located in Uchizy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.  
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Lyon-Perrache train station, approx. 1h10 by car   
\- Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, approx. 1h15 by car

#### Charmant Gîte de bord de Saône 

Très agréable séjour au calme dans cette maison de bord de Saône très fonctionnelle avec un équipement des plus complet. Un grand parasol en terrasse serait un plus indéniable. Je recommande ce Gîte à réserver les yeux fermés.
