Trés agréable.Restaurant et personnel trés bien. Petit déjeuné bon. La piscine est trés sympa. Les chambres sont bien. E t le jardin cool. Seul gros bémol, la salle de bain ! Trés ancienne. A refaire ! Humidité. Bon, aprés on ne passe pas sa journée dans la salle d'eau !

Lit de très bonne qualité ,le petit déjeuner était très bien a proximité a 5 min à pieds des resto et commerces donc hôtel au calme. La piscine est très jolie et le personnel adorable. Très bon hôtel juste la salle de bain qui est ancienne avec des odeurs d'humidité et un look ancien

D'abord un peu surprise de l'éloignement, on est tout au bout de la rue, mais le personnel donne quelques tuyaux pour trouver des raccourcis qui rejoignent la rue Monkey Forest. Il y a bien quelques navettes qui déposent dans le centre mais pas pour le retour ; pour rentrer le soir, prévoir sa frontale et prendre son courage à deux pieds. C'est quand même dommage d'être dans les rizières et de ne pas avoir de vue, seulement un vis-à-vis bien qu'astucieusement masqué par un rideau de plantes. Petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel vraiment sympa. Une des rares fois où j'ai capté TV 5, et il n'y avait rien de folichon.

Pratique et propre
Hotêl tout comfort bien situé dans ubud. Tout au bout de la rue bisma, vous pouvez assez rapidement rejoindre le centre ou la monkey forest. Chambres un peu bruyante et vue sur le jardin ou hôtel d'à côté.

Pas de chance ;nous avons eu travaux ( donc bruit) panne d'eau froide et toilettes ne fonctionnant pas.mais personnel sympathique et tres courtois .petit dejeuner tres correct.

Hotel situé un peu loin du centre d’ubud mais l’hotel propose des navettes gratuites.Grandes chambres simples avec beau balcon ou terrasse pour les rdc.Propreté au minimum. Jolie piscine.Petit déjeuner servit, pas de buffet, vraiment moyen tout comme le restaurant.Il est préférable de sortir dîner aux alentours. Accueil très sympathique.Reste très correct au vu du prix payé

We had a really lovely time at this hotel. Although the hotel is possibly a 2 -3 star the customer service is 5star! We had such a wonderful time and the gardens and pool areas are kept immaculate! I had a very good massage and would recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. It’s not too far from the main streets but far enough that the Main Street noise doesn’t reach your room. The only con about our room was the amount of mosquitos there were. We got rid of some if not all on our first night but then after we had our room made there were more and I’m sure it was just from the door being opened while staff was cleaning our room. Staff however were amazing and helpful. I recommend staying here.

The property looks nice but unfortunately there was building work happening on the property and next door to the property. Had we known we would not have booked this. We booked a cabin with the intention of having a peaceful and relaxing time. We were given a cabin immediately next to the building work, which runs from sunrise to sunset, so basically 6.30am until 6pm. The property is also close to a bar playing loud music through the evening. Hotel staff were indifferent when we raised the problem of noise and despite there being empty cabins further away we were not offered the choice of moving. The cabins are also near to the swimming pool, which is also for all hotel guests so obviously it was not for the chalet’s guests. The room was clean although basic but the bathroom had a noticeable smell of urine. We were not able to check in as expected so had a wait of 1.5 hours, going over the checking time - we suspect this was more to encourage guests to have lunch. We were not offered water despite the heat; this is in contrast to every other hotel we have stayed at in Bali. The food was average and far better food can be found close by at a better price. Breakfast was also disappointing with low quality cold drinks and limited food, which was also not particularly good. Again we would recommend not booking with breakfast and enjoying a far better breakfast a couple of minutes away in Ubud.

The outside gardens is pretty but when you go inside its a disappointment. The bathroom is old /nasty and ugly. The bed was like a stone very hard we couldn’t sleep. Also we saw everywhere big ants in the room wich one bite me and left a big irritated spot for days! We left the morning after with this complaint but they didn’t returned our money.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very nice accommodation we had a ground floor apartment in the rear of the property. Lovely and relaxing. Two swimming pools with sun beds. The position was great. Plenty of restaurants close by and a short walk to the main drag.

2 double Rooms for family of 4. Nice large rooms and bathrooms. Good location. Nice staff. Pool with a great view of jungle. Basic shower/bath. One room had wall paint bubbling due to damp. Good value for money if the room paint was not there.

Great location with friendly staff. Stayed at the villas with a beautiful view of the pool and jungle. Loved it with one exception. There was a small leak in the roof. But staff was quick to offer another room for us to stay in. Would stay here again.

The only downfall was that the bottles of water are so very tiny that you don’t even quench your thirst and we had to give our room numbers all the time. We made coffee in our room every morning and there goes our two bottles , we tried getting more but it was one at a time and it was so hot for us Canadians.
