Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet hôtel. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. La chambre toujours très propre, la nourriture du restaurant très bonne. Si nous en avons l'occasion, nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Le standing de l'hotel est très bien , propreté , petits déjeuners tout est très bien ! Seul hic nous étions avec notre fille et nous nous sommes retrouvés à dormir à 3 dans un king size ... à moins de payer la moitié du prix de notre séjour en sus ...inacceptable !!!!!

Amazing brand new hotel !
I definitely recommend the hotel for your stay. It's brand new, it looks amazing. The room is very spacious and comfy. The swimming pool is great. The location is great, in a calmer area than Ubud center, and you can reach the center in less than 10 minutes with a scooter. They rent sooters. But the two best things are 1) the buffet breakfast, which is the best I ever had in a hotel (makes your day, forget about lunch) 2) the staff, all english-speaking, super friendly and helpful at anytime, moreover who looks happy to work there -- really makes your stay even better! My only negative point is about how to get in touch with the hotel before the arrival, ex for transport options etc.. : there is no email given anywhere (hotels.com, the hotel's website, the group's website, the email confirmations .. ), nor whatsapp/viber chat or internet-phone number - which is quite common in other places in Bali. So you must call the land-line number given and pay a ridiculous per-minute fee to Indonesia. Would be great to allow clients to contact you through email !

Sincerely, we've been disapointed from check-in to check-out. First important point, the hotel is 100% non smoker ! It's not clearly written when you Book on Expedia or Booking and it includes vaping electronic cigaret. EVERY ROOM HAS A BALCONY AND YOU CAN'T EVEN VAPE ON YOUR OWN ! You have to take the elevator, get out of the hotel, go near parking to go to a small area where there's an ashtray and nothing else.. not even a bench or something to sit. Bali IS a holiday destination, if i want to chill with a cigarette after dinner, i don't want to do it standing still on a dark parking lot like a creep. Is it too hard to provide a minimum confort ? Even a dirty plastic chair would be a big plus.. We understand this policy to not smoke at restaurant or pool but this has gone too far, and it's unecessary to treat the clients that didn't pay enough attention before booking like that. Most funny part is that hotel neighbours don't hesitate to burn their trash in their garden, sending black and smelly smoke all day long to the hotel area. Complete nonsense. Next point, hotel is new, but bedroom smells like mold and are so much humid that they can't even respect their OWN 2 days towel replacement policy since if you use it and hang it, it will never dry. Also walls are probably made from paper. You can hear your neighbours coughing, walking, toilet flush and shower like if it was in your own room. Room has a fridge but is empty and they only provide 1 small water bottle p

Great little resort out of the main strip. Shopping around the resort was excellent where you could pick up things half the price of other places. We had a poolside room which was great for our water kids.

An Excellent value property with a friendly staff
The Elements by Westin was a great hotel to stay in, nice location close enough to Ubud City Center, but not that close to feel the frenzy of it. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, we really enjoy the pool and the quiet surroundings, the breakfast buffet was very diverse and food was delicious. an excellent value option for a chilled resort experience in Ubud.

The hotel is excellent and in particular, the staff is remarkable. We extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights and we could have stayed even longer. The hotel is constantly cleaned, the staff goes the extra mile and guests can relax to the fullest. There is a shuttle service provided by the hotel to take you to the center of Ubud.

Little bit far away from Ubud. There is a shuttle, running just every two hour for max 10 guests till 7 pm. However, it is easy grabbing a taxi. All in all a good place to stay...
