Atendimento excelente. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. A refeição também foi muito boa, no caso o jantar. Café da manhã bastante diversificado e saboroso. Só faço uma observação quanto à cama de solteiro. Estreita demais, igualando a uma cama infantil. O quarto não era apertado, logo penso que poderiam oferecer uma acomodação mais confortável. No mais as instalações são muito boas.

Péssima experiência

Olá! Estive hospedada neste hotel e no dia do checkin meu quarto 220 apresentava um ar condicionado com barulho de motoserra, avisei as 17:00 hs mas quem me atendeu disse ser apenas um recepcionista e nem mesmo quis ver a gravação do barulho que mostrei para ele, disse ainda que o que podia fazer era somente comunicar o responsável aguardar. Quando retornei as 22 horas o sr Fabrício disse que não teria como me trocar de quarto por conta da lotação. Solicitei então que cancelasse a reserva ou me relocasse em outro hotel e em 2 segundos surgiu o apartamento 316. No dia seguinte ao retornar no hotel às 22 hs, após um dia todo de trabalho, ao tomar banho, fui surpreendida com a falta de toalhas. Comuniquei a recepção e o mesmo Sr Fabrício pediu para que eu fosse até a recepção buscar toalha, pois a recepção estava lotada. (Eu estava molhada, cabelo molhado) Tive que me enxugar com o lençol da cama. No segundo dia (14/09) cheguei às 23.30 depois de trabalhar dia todo, cheguei no meu quarto e estava sem arrumação alguma e novamente sem toalhas!!! Fui até a recepção buscar toalha. Sobre arrumação não fui informada em momento algum a necessidade de solicitar arrumação. Uma falha atrás da outra, atendimento pessimo, falta de profissionalismo e mão de obra qualificada. Gostaria de deixar a observação da falta de preparo e descaso dos recepcionistas, além do evidente cinismo de ambos que me atenderam, totalmente indiferentes com qualquer situação.
