In front of the house we have a kiosk with barbecue and pizza oven, for those who enjoy venturing into the kitchen. We also have a games room with a pool table and a ping pong table. Sun loungers and beach chairs are available. The house is located between the cities of Ubatuba and Paraty, two of the most visited cities of our coast. Nearby there is a bakery market with hot bread every day and there is no need to move to the nearest town. Como a praia é mais afastada e tem pouca estrutura de quiosques, etc., é importante que suporte bebidas e alimentos, e nisto também não deixou a desejar. Quando chegamos a casa estava limpa e organizada composta de todos utensílios de cozinha incluindo eletro domésticos, ventiladores nos quartos e na sala funcionando. O proprietário é muito atencioso.
