There is an open plan living/dining area with a wood burner and a kitchen area with quality appliances, plus a downstairs bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms and a family showroom. It has a private enclosed yard & decked terrace. Dog friendly. There is no designated parking but guests can park overnight outside and there are 2 FREE car park 50 yards away. 3 Bedrooms - 2 doubles & a twin Sleeps 6 Family shower room and en-suite bathroom Eco electric heaters Free WiFi Pet friendly Smart TVs Inglenook Fireplace & wood burner Rear covered terrace with rattan furniture GROUND FLOOR: SITTING / DINING AREA: From the front entrance, you are right opposite the historic St Cadfans church, which dates back to Norman times. There is a lovely spacious living area with a laminate floor and an open staircase to the upper floor. The focal point is an original stone recessed fireplace with a slate hearth and a wood burner. 2 & 3 seater real leather settees A wooden coffee table 32" wall-mounted RCA SMART TV / DVD player Chunky wooden dining table, with 2 benches & 2 chairs dining table A Kingburg French polished upright piano The living area leads to the kitchen area…… KITCHEN AREA: To the rear of the living area is a lovely, fitted kitchen finished in hi-gloss grey with slate look worktops.
