Has 2 parking spots and is a stones throw from the 16th Ave pier and South Beach , plus a bunch of bars and shops. Things to know they don't supply beach towels or chairs. Unlike most VRBO's I have experienced the unit is not stocked with anything . They make you clean out ALL cabinets , which was fine for us but if you plan to cook you will have to buy everything. Not a complaint , but a good thing to know. Only negative is that the beds were not the most comfortable , but the couches are great and the AC works great, which is key considering how hot Tybee is in July. Check in was 123 ##### Rudy V. Everything was great. We were steps away from the beach and all the restaurants. Great location. Only negative would be that the deck furniture needs to be a little better. ##### Mark F. Many of the occupants were smokers which we’ve encountered before. But. The adjacent unit occupant smoked on the deck (4 adult chain smokers) from 6 am until 1030 pm. Made it nearly impossible to use our deck. Having said that. All else was fine. Probably next visit we will look good something a bit smaller and maybe even like a duplex. Across the street from beach so you don’t pay that premium but you can see the beach from balcony! Super close, like a 1 minute walk. Covered parking yay! Also close to boardwalk/public pier, restaurants, gift shops, ice cream shops, etc. we never drove it was so fun to walk around even with the kids. Very fun and family friendly.
