They were extremely comfortable! Its a small space, but everything you need is right there. The weather was not favorable for swimming, but the pool looked sparkling, and how cool, it's on the second level! Location was perfect to walk to tons of shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend, and will revisit next time we're in Tybee! The only negative thing i can think of is there wasnt an ice bucket. He was able to adjust my reservation due to last-minute travel changes, and he was very helpful. The room was clean, with plenty of extra towels and bedding, several beach towels, and two fridges (micro and regular-sized). The location was perfect, less than half a block from the beach and the beautiful pier! My daughter loved the pool, which was clean and clear, without an overpowering amount of chlorine. I want to preface by saying the reason I deducted one star had nothing to do with the VRBO itself. It's due to the condition of the hotel where it is located. It's clear that the hotel has not been updated in many years. AC units are leaking water, several things were in disrepair, and some of the guests who were there during our stay were constantly smoking and drinking right outside our window. My few gripes are all out of Cameron's control, but I did want to be transparent about those things, as we were under the impression that this was a no-smoking facility.Cameron - thank you for hosting us and responding to my messages with such speed! ##### Lauren I. The owners were very timely in their communication. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I really would have liked would have been a dedicated bathroom sink. There was one sink to be used for both bathroom and kitchen. But we worked with it. Most of your time is spent out of the room. I was looking for something that was close to everything and the beach. This was a great location right in the middle of everything. The out side of this proper was run down, but oh my what a great location! We were able to sit outside on the top floor and enjoy beverages with a great breeze!
