The Deck Restaurant/Bar is onsite and with gorgeous pools & ocean views, this condo has it all. Newly decorated with beautiful surroundings and plenty of space. Enjoy your coffee for sunrise and cocktails at sunset on your private balcony. The unit is furnished with everything you need for the perfect vacation and our Concierge service can assist you with any of your needs. You'll be Fancy Like...Tybee! Fancy Like...Tybee is a beautifully decorated end unit with great views of the courtyard area, pool and beach. The spacious Master features an en suite with the second bedroom and bathroom being down the hall. The hall leads into the main living area which is open with the large living, dining and kitchen areas combined with lots of seating & with the sliding doors, access to the balcony & the beautiful views. The stackable washer & dryer are tucked away behind kitchen cabinets. \*\*Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. We provide beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience. Please rinse of chairs before bringing back into the unit. You are allowed TWO parking spaces and your passes will be left in your unit prior to your arrival. Also, please note, we are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis. This unit is available for long term rentals during the off season-Dec. 2023-March 2024\. Book early for best dates & rates! Contact host for more info. \*Any reservation over 14 days will require a mid-stay cleaning every two weeks in addition to the final clean at checkout. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO: Please be advised, during the busy season & holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff & appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible. You are allowed two parking spaces and two passes. This is a complex rule and we cannot issue extra passes. Your passes will be left inside your unit prior to your arrival. Your unit is a self check-in unit and all instructions are automatically sent to you 24 hours before your arrival date/time. We are located mid-island inside the Beachside Colony Resort and within walking distance to everything on the island for the most part! Remember, we are only 3.5 miles long, so nothing is too far. You are close to everything but in a quiet area for relaxing & enjoying the scenery. Getting around Tybee is extremely easy because everything is close! You can walk, rent bikes or golf carts. There are several local transportation companies that provide transportation anywhere on the island for a very reasonable charge. We provide 4 beach chairs and beach towels. Please rinse off the chairs before bringing into the unit. They are stored in the Master bedroom cabinet. Renter must be 25 yrs. old to book & must be present during the entire reservation. You are allowed TWO parking spaces at the complex. Your parking passes will be left in your unit. There is NO option for more vehicles to park at the complex. The view from the deck is great for sunrises and relaxing in the eve. The location is close to elevator down to parking and so easy to access pool, beach and The Deck restaurant (which is wonderful!) There were beach and sand toys for the girls (toddlers). The condo was conveniently located in the middle of the island with shops, food and the beach just a couple of minutes away. There was a cooler and even extra things you don’t think about (like sugar,) in the condo. Plenty of space for all of my family. We loved our trip! Issues with the emails at checkin but Jane was super quick responding and had everything resolved. It was a perfect fall break with my family! ##### Carrie B. Clean and very well stocked! They really thought of everything. We spent a lot of time in the pool and a the rest of it on the beach. No crowds, no struggle to find a spot. It was great. The Deck had great food and drinks right there on the beach, and Jane gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation! Side note to be ready for delivery trucks on Mon, Tues, and Thursday. Use a noise machine if you want to sleep easily past 7\. The condo was clean and comfortable and easy to find. Host was kind and responsive. Nice to have beach towels and free parking, however access to the pool or beach had to go through underground parking with creepy van which appeared to have someone living in it or go through the alley which had a horrible smelling dumpster in it. The restaurant was filthy and we got up and left before ordering. The restaurant had a very noisey fan. That made being at the pool not relaxing and drowned out the sound of the waves. The shops were surrounded by bars which had loud drunk older obnoxious people and the smell of marijuana on the sidewalks. Fun to explore something new but wont be back. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner also had provided things you don't normally get with a stay at a beach house including plastic baggies, tin foil, and saran wrap in the kitchen as well as a few trash bags and dishwasher pods. We LOVED the location- right by the pools and so close to the beach. We also loved being close to The Deck restaurant. We will definitely book again. ##### Kristen D. Condo has a ocean view with a Short walk to the beach. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! The deck restaurant has some really great food! The location is awesome; with two little kids it was so nice to be right on the beach with a pool and not have to haul all the beach gear far when going back and forth. My wife and I are especially picky on cleanliness and felt comfortable the moment we walked in.
