You're a short walk, fun bike ride, or golf cart ride away from having your toes in the sand. Close to local restaurant gems and 30 minutes from historic downtown Savannah! Two story raised townhouse. The master bedroom is located on the first floor adjacent to a full bath. French doors lead you directly from the bedroom to a screened in porch. Our gallery kitchen is the perfect place to whip up a scrumptious meal of local seafood and fresh veggies purchased just down the road at the Tybee Market IGA. Relax after a day at the beach with some Netflix or Hulu on the 60in smart TV. A washer/dryer combo and half bath are also located on the first floor. Upstairs are two guest bedrooms and a full bath. Check in was fast and easy, getting in and out of the unit was super easy, we LOVED the covered parking, especially during the scattered storms that were around during our stay. The only thing not easy is finding the turn in to the area off Butler Ave. That means it's nice and secluded. Once you know where it is it's easy to find. We loved how close to the north end of the island this property is. The only negative might be the gravel road with the pot holes you have to drive over to get to the unit but that is outside of the owners control as they are city owned streets. Just don't bring your fancy sports car to this property and you will be fine. Overall I give this property a rating of A+++ :-) ##### Stephen W.
