This beautiful house is located in a prime spot within the neighborhood. The beach is about 150 yards across the wooden pier with the final stretch up and down a couple of manageable dunes. The beach was very quiet, but not in a bad way. The only disappointment was the overall lack of kitchen items - very few pots, pans, bowls and silverware. As a group that preferred to cook most meals, we used more paper plates and bowls than expected. The washer and dryer were super handy and a nice perk of this great house. Would recommend to others, just plan accordingly if you don’t go out to eat for every meal. ##### James L. Nice open kitchen, dining and living room on the top floor. Longer walk out to the water than expected, but not bad. My only complaint was the thermostat was locked at 70 degrees. We were there in July and the house got hot. I would have paid extra to be able to turn the temp down a little cooler. ##### Marisa E. There are things that we didn’t have enough of though like dishwasher pods, we had no washing detergent, no pot holders, and not a lot of cookware.
